Here is the latest bike update from Pedal Revolution. We’ve put a few nice refurbished used road bikes on the floor this week as well as a few refurbished hybrid commuter bikes.
We’ve been scrambling to get some more rebuilt used bikes on the floor but with the nicer weather they’ve been selling faster than we can build them. Below are some of the latest available and they’ll likely go quick, especially the road bikes. We have some other exciting rebuilds coming soon and I will post them as soon as they’re done.
If you or anyone you know has old bicycles collecting dust in a garage or basement, consider donating them to Pedal Revolution. If we can refurbish them to sell the proceeds go back into our youth internship program and we can supply you with a tax receipt to write it off as we are a non-profit. If we can’t refurbish them they will still be used for intern training and all materials that can’t be re-used ultimately get recycled so nothing goes to waste!
Specialized Allez -55cm lugged steel goodness. Rebuilt with new wheels, tires, Bottom Bracket, headset, brakes, levers, bars, drivetrain, pedals, and saddle.
Bianchi Veloce 53cm. Another steel beauty. Complete rebuild with new Campy shifters, wheels, drivetrain, etc.
This one will fly out of here.
Specialized hardrock commuter 19″. Great shape.
Giant Cannondale Road bike. We see some unusual bikes at Pedal Revolution. This total rebuild is a 67cm frame (with a 61 cm top tube)! Needless to say this bike is for a tall person.
Check out that headtube!
For perspective, here is mechanic Silvano at 5’6″ next to the bike.
I’m reposting this lovely Motobecane touring bike because we still have it and it needs a good home. Another larger frame at 63cm (59cm top tube) – $875. This bike is my favorite in the shop right now and it’s decked out with all the good stuff: Phil hubs, sugino, Nitto and Brooks parts with original Mafac Cantilever brakes.
Cannondale SH400 50cm touring bike-
Larger bikes, despite how nice they are do tend to stick around awhile. Case in point, this custom 63cm Marinoni handbuilt racing bike needs a good home. Full rebuild with a Wound-up carbon fork and full Campy components –
